How it Works

In the desktop and web client a GDPR section is present with a couple of buttons for GDPR related tasks.

Client functionality

Those functions are available in the Lime clients.

Token

Create or delete a personal link that you can e-mail to the person that wants to see his/her data.

Anonymize

Anonymize the person and his/her related data.

Request anonymization

Tag the person with a date for a deadline when the person should be anonymized. Filters to get a list of the persons are included.

Delete anonymization request

In case someone changes his/her mind or the person can't be deleted for legal purposes, the deadline for anonymization is cleared.

Export Excel

Export JSON

Portal

The portal is a page that the person could visit and edit his/her personal data. A link to the page must be created inside a Lime client using the Token functionality. It's possible to configure what functionality that will be available in the portal. It's also possible to disable the portal.
